Salón ACME: The emerging artists platform

Salón ACME: The emerging artists platform

Hello dears! How are you? This weekend I visited the Salón ACME within the framework of Mexico City’s Art Week. Here are all the details!

For 8 years, Salón ACME (ACME Hall) has been characterized as one of the most important platforms for emerging artists, with the pragmatic General Prim 30 building in the Juarez neighborhood as its venue.

Unlike other platforms such as Zona MACO or Material Fair, Salón ACME launches an open call for artists and collectors, even for those who have participated in past editions, in addition to changing curators and inviting a different Mexican state every year, which in this occasion was Yucatán.

Thus, Salón ACME is a place to go with friends, family or why not, individually, to enjoy contemporary art, attend the talks and activities of the program, as well as to enjoy a drink and Mexican snacks.

Don’t miss the opportunity to attend next year!

Finally, here are some of my favorite art works.
